The properties shown on this site are presented for information. They are not a firm offer within the meaning of Article 1188 and following of the Romanian Civil Code and they create no contractual obligation. A commitment arises only under a written contract signed by the parties.

Prices and availability

Prices, floor areas, availability and other characteristics may change without notice. A property may be sold, reserved or withdrawn between the moment it is published and the moment you see it. Prices are given in the currency shown in the listing and do not include notary fees, land registry fees or other transaction costs unless stated otherwise.

Information about floor areas, year of construction, the legal status of land and fittings often comes from the owner. We recommend checking it against the property deeds before signing any contract.

Intellectual property

The photographs, descriptive texts, floor plans, video material, logo and the structure of the site are protected by copyright and belong to the agency or are used with the right holders’ permission. They may not be copied, republished, distributed or used in other listings without our written agreement.

If you believe material published here infringes your rights, write to us and we will take it down or correct it as quickly as we can.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall to the courts of Romania.
